Our team will be happy to assist you with any issues related to the functionality of our products.

However, tasks outside the scope of the purchased product, such as:

-Advanced customization
-Adding new features not included in the product
-Payment gateway setup
-Third-party plugin conflicts or integrations

…are not included in the free support.

If you require additional customization or other services outside the scope of the product, please let us know — we will gladly share our custom task pricing structure with you.

Product Not Working

In case the product is not working, you can simply leave a message to us support@layoutdivi.com, telling the name of the product and what is the issue, and we will give you a fix, but for that, there will be no refund.
